ESG Committee
NAVER’s ESG Committee within the Board of Director manages risks, drives business opportunities, and makes decisions on key sustainability matters
- Manages ESG risks and opportunities by developing and monitoring strategies
- Makes final decisions on company-wide ESG initiatives and disclosures
- Sets the company-wide strategy and direction for climate change response
- Executes the disbursement of the Impact Fund (social contribution expenses)
ESG-Dedicated Department
Green Impact
The ESG-dedicated department oversess execution of company-wide ESG strategies and initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
- Establishes company-wide ESG strategy and manages implementation status
- Manages tasks across the ESG Working Group and related teams/departments
- Reports progress and agenda itmes to the ESG Committee
- Reports ESG issues and stakeholder requests to the Board

The ESG Working Group is the bridge to the front lines, turning strategies into real-world impact with the dedicated department.
- Promotes mutual cooperation and monitors performance to achieve the goals of ESG-related tasks
- Identifies other ESG-related tasks in advance
