NAVER CLOUD unveiled “CLOVA Studio” and “Neurocloud for HyperCLOVA X,” business solutions enhanced with NAVER’s hyperscale AI, HyperCLOVA X. The company has announced that these offerings are fully prepared to serve the needs of corporate clients.
Following the launch of “HyperCLOVA X” in August, NAVER rolled out a series of offerings such as “CLOVA X,” the conversational AI service, and “Cue:,” the generative AI search tool. The introduction of the new business solutions signifies the expansion of “HyperCLOVA X” into the realm of business-to-business (B2B) applications.
NAVER CLOUD has developed a comprehensive suite of hyperscale AI offerings for corporate businesses based on “HyperCLOVA X”. NAVER CLOUD provides various services to facilitate the integration of generative AI into their business through ‘CLOVA Studio’ and ‘Neurocloud”, enabling clients to customize the products according to their needs. Moreover, NAVER CLOUD delivers premium computing resources and a full stack of AI technologies and platforms, empowering businesses to implement competitive AI services effortlessly.

Since October 18, NAVER CLOUD has offered businesses access to the “HyperCLOVA X” model through “CLOVA Studio” on its platform. CLOVA Studio, which has been operating as a closed beta service since February 2022, is utilized by over a thousand companies and institutions. CLOVA Studio is a hyperscale AI development tool, enabling clients to utilize NAVER’s AI technologies and to seamlessly merge their datasets and build custom models specialized for their needs.
With the growing demand for generative AI technology powered by “HyperCLOVA X,” CLOVA Studio is expected for rapid expansion in the B2B sector. “HyperCLOVA X” is a large language model proficient in Korean, English, and programming languages. Businesses can harness the capabilities of “HyperCLOVA X” to develop a wide range of AI-driven applications, from productivity tools for internal workflows to consumer-oriented services. NAVER CLOUD has been providing the “HyperCLOVA X” model to a group of companies, including startups, since July, leading to diverse AI services such as automatic generation of educational materials, career advice chatbots, and customized document creation.
With the new “Skill Trainer” feature added to CLOVA Studio, clients can easily integrate their own services with conversational AI like “CLOVA X.” The “Skill” feature enriches user experience beyond the language model’s generative limits, in areas such as up-to-date, advanced information searches, booking, and product purchases.
Furthermore, by the end of this year, NAVER CLOUD plans to unveil “CLOVA Studio Exclusive,” a premium offering that promises a more stable and dedicated cloud infrastructure for using CLOVA Studio.

“Neurocloud for HyperCLOVA X,” which boasts security for data-sensitive companies, was also released. Combining “Neurocloud” and “HyperCLOVA X,” the solution provides a fully managed hybrid cloud service with robust security features and a dedicated AI platform.
“HyperCLOVA X Neurocloud” configures a network environment within the client’s data center as a private intranet and effectively enables the integrated network to adhere to the client’s specific security protocols. As the Neurocloud and existing infrastructure are located within the client’s premises, they can train generative AI based on HyperCLOVA X within a closed network while complying with security policies and safeguarding data leaks.

Furthermore, “Neurocloud for HyperCLOVA X” provides a dedicated AI platform for creating a customized large language model built upon the client’s data. Clients can utilize every fine-tuning technique for creating large language models, such as maintaining models’ performance through parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT), refining the AI’s comprehension of user intents with supervised fine-tuning (SFT), and using the feedback data with reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLFH). These sophisticated fine-tuning techniques are the featured skill of CLOVA Studio, enabling companies to build tailored large language models using their datasets.
